Perfect getaway for family with kids.

The unit is very clean, comfortable, accessible location, and Ms. Tin and Mr. Gino were very accommodating and easy to talk to.We enjoyed our stay and my kids were delighted using the pool.The unit itself has all the things that we need from microwave, rice cooker, ref, gas range, utensils and even cleaning materials.Free parking and no other hidden charges.Just a few minutes walk going to SM Megamall.I am looking forward to staying again soon.For me it's a perfect 10.

The host is very accommodating despite the fact that we’ve arrived late than the given time. This is a best place to relax and swim your worries from a hard week of work. We’ll be coming back here and I’m referring this to my friends for a day off of relaxation Kudos to the owner

Great stay overall ! Will go back hoping issues raised would be addressed to give 10/10 score

I like the cleanliness & sweet scent of the place & easy communication with the host/ representative. The apartment itself is not big but I am impressed by the presentable homely ambience. I like the location -short walk to nearby malls and it’s a secured complex. Highly recommended!

I almost rate this place perfect except for 3)reasons.1) the blanket given is a laughable kid size and way tooo small for adults!! 2) difficult to locate the place, took us ages driving in circle!! A better map would have been helpful. Sonata Drive does not appear on actual street ,still shows Lourdes Drive . Not good for drivers without up to date GPS, 3) reception should have been notified by owner if expecting guests. We felt quite intimidated by security guard knocking on our door asking for booking documentation !

Available:great location,security,cleanliness,better parking than hotels,swimming pool til 10pm.hot/cold water.toiletries,tv plus,cooking+dining sets,ref.microwave.water heater for coffee.electric stove and oven.even dishwashing paste and sponge.rags.clean comfortable beds+beddings.clean towels.clean overall smell.elevator.pamphlets for food delivery.sewing kit.owner must really have thought of what will be comfortable for our stay.

Not really what i dont like but FYI. There is only one small room so all the beddings are in there. It can accommodate ONLY 5 members max of one family.no sofa beds as advertised.no WIFI.check in is by schedule.

Location is superb, walking distance to supermalls and supermarkets! Lovely apartment ️. Fully equipped kitchen. Comfortable stay and great communication with the owner and staff. Would love to stay again

Swimming pool

The location is far from the malls and other convenient stores. No one assisted us to check in and out the property. The owner did not inform us that the swimming pool can access for three persons only free of charge. Since that we are four persons, I have paid 220 pesos in excess of three guest. The balcony is untidy and has very limited space because of the ac generator. The owner accused us of damaging the some items which are already damage when we went there so to all the travelers who want to book to this property, think twice or better don’t book.

Everything was so perfect for our family vacation here at Sonata. I will definitely recommend this to any of my relatives/friends who wish to have a all in 1 staycation in Manila. My son enjoyed the pool so much.. Thank you Maam for your kindness also for letting us stay on ure very nice home.. I’ll definitely wish to come back and stay again soon..
